Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Flawless Whites Thank you for choosing Flawless Whites for your teeth-whitening needs! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking policy: Appointments: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required when booking. This will be deducted from the final payment. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may result in a forfeited deposit. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits for late cancellations are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Suitability: Please ensure you meet the suitability criteria for teeth whitening, as outlined on our website or during the consultation. Unsuitable clients will not receive treatment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
